According to the case description, the nurse seems to lack respect for Christopher’s space by being persistent in forcing entry into his room which shouldn’t be the case.

De-escalating the situation requires the nurse to talk with Christopher in a manners that helps regain his sense of calm and self-control rather than forcing entry to his room.
